I stayed at Carlton Downtown Dubai when it was still called Warwick Hotel and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Dubai Financial Centre Metro Station, which makes it very convenient to travel around the city. The hotel is also close to the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai World Trade Center and Exhibition Center, Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Mosque and Downtown Dubai.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They offered me a premium room instead of a standard one on the 21st floor, which had a stunning view of the city.

The hotel has an outdoor pool on the rooftop, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The breakfast was very good and had various options.

I would highly recommend Carlton Downtown Dubai to anyone looking for a good hotel in a prime location in Dubai. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the staff are very attentive and professional. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Dubai in the future.

Carlton downtown could be an ideal place for anyone on a business trip to Dubai. Hotel is neat and clean. They offer reasonably good breakfast, and more importantly, the location in business district is ideal. You can easily get a cab and a metro station nearby. In my opinion, their services need an improvement. Even a welcoming smile can make a huge difference in customers' perception.

Second time staying at Carlton Downtown. We decided to celebrate our anniversary here. Room is spacious and clean. The side that facing to the view made of most glass window which makes the room looks even bigger and gets the sunlight (And I really enjoyed seeing the sunset from our room). Great service and special thanks to Abir who arranged the room for us. Romaissa who assisted all our requests and made sure our stay is comfortable.

Receptionists were so friendly and the room I got was spacious with city view ! Inside naarah restaurant is a must try if you want to experience luxury and Arab foods.

Negatives are you need to wait for long to get lifts , when I checked in water bottles were found opened and the landline was not working and the room service really slow ! Morning breakfast spread was really horrible compared to other branded hotels

Everything was good, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the major weakness was in the cleaning service, which was never good. Also, the service, in general, was slow, and we had to call more than once, and it took more than an hour to have our requests fulfilled. I hope to take care of these points because your hotel is really nice in location and view and rooms

I was there last month, I stayed there with my family and we all liked it very much! I just have some notes I'll have to talk about. There wasn't any mini bar in our room which was kinda weird, and the breakfast was fine; we asked for a few other water bottles cause there wasn't enough (only 2 for a family of 6 members) and it took ages! But other than that everything was great; thx for this amazing holiday!

I had a great stay. The staff were superb and very attentive. The room furnishings are dated. The shower head was split splattering water in all directions. This meant the bathroom seals were growing a bit of mould. The bathroom fan was not very efficient. The fridge freezer is very very noisy as it recondenses the gas.

The location is the only saving grace for this hotel. It is rundown and needs major upliftment. Service was very very very slow. I stayed for 3 nights and it was like torture as there was a knocking sound that kept coming from the walls of the living room. I sent audios and videos to the team but they did nothing! They claim to have upgraded me, but i think they gave me a room that was not upto the mark.
The first 4 star hotel that has an empty minibar! Buffet breakfast was below average and had no variety at all, even the juice tasted funny!
