Such a great experience at this hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Fahad was very friendly and kept my suite very clean and made sure that everything was to my liking. He has a great personality and demeanor. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Dubai.

Altaf was so nice and very professional in his service. The young man was deicated to duty and made us feel at home. Thanks Carlton creek hotel. We shall surly come again

The rooftop bar alone makes it worth staying here, uncrowded, incredible views, excellent service. Rooms are huge. Hotel would have been fancy in the 90s, bit dated now but still clean and comfortable. Did I say rooftop was incredible?

I enjoyed every minute at this hotel, Mohd Altaf did a very good job cleaning my room, the front desk lady Winfarida upgraded my room to a suite which is much better than my our own apartment

Thermostat was not working when we got there. Too hot one night, and once they came fixed it, it was too cold the next. We were unable to adjust room temperature as we liked. Other than that, pretty clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff.

disgusting dirty greasy dishes in the apartment. lived in this place for more than a month. for a whole week I asked to bring an iron to the room, but I didn't wait, I had to buy it myself in a nearby store. when leaving, under far-fetched pretexts, they did not return my deposit. the manager cheated by looking me in the eye. After that, I dissuaded several of my friends from this place, and I will continue to do so

if you want to conduct an investigation, do it without me, your managers should have remembered me well. I approached them three times with a request to sort it out. I don't remember the residence number, but it was in December 2022
