Avoid this place.Did my tinting at this place, on the 2nd day one of the windows was tearing off. Was busy enough to go back and fix it. After couple of weeks the driver window tint teared off and went to the shop to have it fixed. Employer over there was asking me the receipt which i don’t really remember if u’ve got it or not.
They asked for 300 aed and i paid for that but the job was not good at all.

It's my 3rd time using window tinting services, it was high level service until now!

I went there few days ago for a window tinting and it was my biggest mistake, the quality level went down big time!

1) They made a big mess in my car, dirty and wet, before they used to take care of it, cover with the plastic, door trims and seats, but it changed, at this time no seat or door covers, so I had to do it by myself!

2) Low quality job, lots of bubbles, tint didn't stick well on the windows, it supposed to be scratch proof tint made in Germany (850 dirhams), but, once I came out to the sun, noticed a lot of scratches, they said, guys used wrong tools!

3) I had to come back for a second round the day after, they agreed that the job quality wasn't that great, so offered me to redo it and it was my mistake to agree with it, again, the job quality wasn't that great, lots of scratches on the tint, additional dirt and scratches inside and outside of my car! The tint length wasn't enough to cover my rear window!

4) In order to make things happen, they had to remove my old tint and it was a real mess, traces of old tint all over my car, lots of sticky glue on the seats and trims, everything is wet and dirty!

Now I want to get in touch with the owner, but, those guys ignoring me, not giving owners phone number, so, I had to get in touch with consumer rights!

I'm super dissatisfied and disappointed, it was my 3rd car which I brought to them, honestly didn't expected that!

Will never go back to this company, we could finalize all of it in a friendly atmosphere, but, ignorance is not acceptable!

Low quality job, irresponsibility!

We are very disappointed with the quality of the job which was done to our car!

You have to cover seats and door trims before you start your job, not to make our car messy, wet and dirty!!!

Not focusing while cutting wrap and damaging interior trim!

I visited Caropticz in Jan 2023 to change my car tinting films. I did not know that they had lost all efficacy until Aannie, the guy who dealt with me, told me and showed me by removing a portion from the driver side window. After much discussion I went for the high end tint film, German Brand, with 30% tint as recommended by him for best heat protection. My main concern was driving at night and not being able to see clearly through the back windscreen (30% was looking very dark to me at the time). But he assured me if I had a problem with it, they would change it FOC. But thankfully, although it still feels dark, the clarity of vision is very good from the inside at night as well.
It's now getting quite hot in Dubai so the film will be tested properly for heat protection. The team took quite a while to do that job but that's because the old film took longer than expected to remove. But they did not scratch the windows or cause any damage, it was a job well done, overall. Some small clean up needed to be done afterwards but overall it was OK.

I'll be going back to install the clear film of the same quality for the front windscreen.

I also bought a pair of windshield wipers and he gave me a good tip to keep them raised up when parked as the heat from the windscreen destroys the thin wiper rubber edge!
The team is very obliging and also very friendly and helpful.

Extraordinary experience & customer experience all the way, specially Mr. Sarosh he came picked my car did a marvelous job on tinting my car & bringing it back excellent price highly recommended

This is a hidden gem for Dubai car owners. I had my car tint done, buffed my headlights and upgraded my stereo etc. Quality and value for money. They are excellent, honest and have team work. Very friendly and professional. Kudos to the whole team, thank you! Will definitely comeback.
