I have a bad experience with this branch, the security guard named Kishor Kumar did not allow me to enter the shop because the branch is closed for 15 minutes till 12 midnight, however, after less than a minute he allowed a lady to enter, when I asked him about the reason, he told me that this lady needs to buy women pads urgently!!!!

this is a smaller supermarket with lots of good quality produce across 2 floor levels. the store is compact but has an adundance of products amongst the tightly packed shelves. the store is very clean. staff are friendly and helpful. i found the prices reasonable

If you want to know what customer service is, you should go to this grocery store and meet Gayani. In this shop I saw how she miraculously came to the aid of an elderly woman in a very difficult moment. It was a very interesting sight for me in such a competitive environment. Guyani I appreciate your kind attitude and action. It's great to keep this going.

I am a labour man
Every time I purchase a water bottle cost of 2 aed
(my Dubae Alain water)
Now not put in freezer for cooling
I ask at counter why u not keep this bottle in fridge
He say manager not allowed
