New, clean, and great service. You won't find everything, but still good to serve the neighborhood.

On the 6th of September I tried to purchase a Microsoft subscription at this store. The system did not generate a receipt but the money was deducted from my account. However I was told that the amount would be back in my account within 3-5 business days. 10 days later when I have not yet received my money back I visited to store again for an update. I met the manager who took my number and was told that she would get in touch with me with a update. To date I have not heard from the manager. Carrefour customer service have been abysmal, even after I have provided a statement of accounts from my bank showing that the amount has been deducted. I have not received an update on what Carrefour is doing to help with this situation. All they do is keep asking me to check with my bank. I have asked for an official email from customer service to show my bank and have not received this either.

Worst service I have ever seen. I have visited twice and both times staff are disinterested and unhelpful. There does not seem to be any management in the store.

Very clean, brand new shop. Bit small but you can find the necessary for a quick last minute grocery shopping.

Galveston Close is a sheltered bus stop by Sovereign Harbour South. It has 5A services running from Daytona Quay to Eastbourne Town Centre and Beachlands (via Eastbourne Town Centre). Unfortunately, Galveston Close bus stop suffers from a lot of graffiti and damage. It always gets repaired within a few weeks, but that gets damaged again.
