Disappointed!

Placed online order for a water bottle pack. First the guy said that delivery is in 20 mins. After 1 hour I called again and they said we don't have oasis pack, I requested them to send Masafi instead. After another hour, they said we dont have masafi and can send aqua fresh. Called third time and was informed that the delivery guy is on his way. Placed order at 9pm and waited till 12 am. No delivery !!

Confronted the person at the counter the next day and he told that we didnt have cycle available.

Pathetic service!

Worst supermarket in the area.
Don’t even bother yourself to order delivery because they will either forget , or will deliver in 2 hours and 30 min to the next building! Happened every time I placed order. Never ever will buy from there..

Very bad service on delivery. It's taking them 2 hours to deliver. If you will follow up where is the order, they will say they already sent, but they are lying

Very bad delivery service! They will keep you waiting, and keep on saying your delivery is on its way. Its not the first time it happens to me but for sure this will be the last! I hope this supermarket changer their system/management as they always have good offers and wide range of stocks.

Worst customer service, staff at butchery is arrogant, argues for nothing ,does not want to show the fish on display before cutting, wants to push fish which is not fresh. supervisor is not available to escalate or discuss the matter and resolve, all the staff around are silent, no apology and no one comes forward to help, disaster, my wife orders all the grocery from this shop ever since they opened in BARSHA next to my residence, I think I need to resume my shopping in hyper markets again, why can’t they recruit someone who has simple human courtesy. Highly disappointed.
