In addition to the quality service, the best garage services I would recommend to everyone cars Arabia for their excellent customer service. This includes being friendly, informative, and communicative about the work being done on your vehicle. They should also be transparent about their pricing and any additional fees, so you don't encounter any surprises when you receive the bill.

Transparency, professionalism, care. 5/5.
Details:
I own a Dodge Durango RT 5.7L V8 Hemi engine. I had the service and warranty covered by the Dodge agency until 2023 feb. All the time during my warranty period whenever I raise a complaint, the agency turned it down by stating some reason which one will not get convinced. Knowing that it is the model in which they operate, I didn’t extend my warranty with them understanding that it is purely commercial and not a care based initiative by the agency. I then started hunting for a good garage who specialized in American V8s and found CarsArabia. The key man (Abdul) and the rest of the team are very professional and transparent, to the extent that he takes time to explain the problems if any, show you the replaced parts etc. I don’t think anyone will be that inclined/patient enough to explain things in this way. It is like having an insurance and relaxing with a peace of mind knowing that your car is in safe hands. There are multiple instances that I can keep quoting where I was amazed again and again, hence I’m giving a 5 star. This garage resets people mindset on owing an American car, as CarsArabia will ensure it is in pristine condition if you maintain your car with them.
