5 STARS FROM THE SUPERVISOR AND STAFFS OF THIS BRANCH IN ARJAN FOR BEING LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE ITEMS AND KEEP SENDING WRONG ORDER AFTER COMMITTING THAT THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE (PLACING PHOTOS OF ORDER FOR REFERENCE)!!!! AND THE RUDENESS FOR CUTTING THE CALL THROUGH CUSTOMER FACE AS THE SUPERVISOR WONT ADMIT THE MISTAKE!!!!!!! HE DONT DESERVE THE POSITION AS HE CANNOT TACKLE CUSTOMER IN A RIGHT WAY!!!!! AND PLEASE BRIEF THEM THAT THEY MUST SEND RECEIPT!!!!!!

very bad delivery, they take more than 50 minutes to send delivery for neighbors I'm leaving only 5 minutes far they take more than 50 minutes to send the delivery
