I am a regular customer and always been happy with the service and products - web and app user experience is ok , orders are dispatched same day to Dubai ,pay at delivery option , discount for orders over 200 AED, accurate picking and good packaging - well done and glad to have an online Iranian shop that founders are educated and have Ecommerce background (I assume so :) ) .

I ordered online yesterday and received today. Good packing. You can track your delivery from the link they send to your email. Many hard to find iranian groceries available in Cartimi website/ app. App is easier to search items compare to cartimi website. Sangak bread was expensive and not good in quality. Price of some of iranian products are good. Some are very expensive. I ordered couple of times. Last times service was not good. Some items missing in delivery while I paid already for all. Good point that customer service replied fast.

Amazing quality from vegetables and fruits to the nuts and frozen products. Good value for money and free delivery service. Also it saves time and it is a great alternative to the grocery shopping. I suggest everyone to try it once, specially who love Iranian taste. :)
