Charged me over 40 pounds and didnt even remove my acrylic the nail lady is useless

Not a good service and even manicure I had a cut and blood; however when explaining to the receptionist she said you had a bad luck with us! It’s not luck it’s not having good nail therapist. Other than that; during doing my hair and nails same time as I was in hurry, another client came and then receptionst told the lady doing my nails do the other clients eyebrows and she went! But the therapist was still doing the other client got mad and informed the receptionist again, they both came saying can we only have 5 minutes, ofcourse I couldn’t say no while they already here I said it’s fine. But the client took longer. At the end, the receptionist lady didn’t even comfort me for the service I got! Really bad

This salon was a great find! The service was really good and affordable.Aseel did my nails and she was very professional and fast (without hurting me in the process). Definitely will come again!

I went in to get a blowdry with Ehab, she was detangling my hair in a crazy way, she was not gentle at all but she was friendly and I did not make a fuss about it. As I finished I was walking away , she told me she'd quickly fix my hair from the back as I was standing but she made it sound as if she is doing it from her own will, she did not tell me it is going to cost an additional 50aed. she did not even cut off one inch of hair, took her 10 seconds to slide the scissor on some split ends.
Taking ten seconds to cut off less than an inch of hair should not cost 50 aed, and she should atleast tell me it is additional!!

the worst is the blonde manager, not wearing a mask and told me I am making drama , frowning and being very rude and unprofessional.. she decided to yell at me while leaving the salon saying ( you got what you want !!) in a loud and aggressive way! I have never seen such rude behaviour, customers should always come first and she should never raise her voice at a customer!! aggressive woman with no manners, I will make sure to not recommend this salon to anyone-- please avoid and go for other salons!!

My number one choice. The first time to visit the salon and I was extremely happy with their services.It's in an easy to find location.The staff are very friendly the manager,receptionist infact they are all amazing.And their prices are very affordable.if you are looking for the best salon in town then this is the place ????????

Worst Experience ever!! Avoid this place!!
I came for a refill of my acrylic nails and gel polish. Salon has only one LCN lamp which is not working properly so gel polish didn't get dry and got shredded on my nails. I spent 3.5 hours and ended up with naked acrylic nails as I was not able to stay there any more. And they still charged me for giving no service.
Guys, if you don't have appropriate facilities and tools then just remove service from your list!! Don't spend people time and money.. That is unacceptable and unprofessional..
Worst service I ever seen in Dubai....

They really don't know what they're doing. They started ripping my hair out to untangle it and burnt my scalp and hair. I literally walked out of the salon with oil all over my head and headed to another salon. Thought I'll try a place close by but... totally regret it. My issue with them was that why take up a client if you don't know the procedure they're asking for? Why pretend to know and then do a first trial on the client?! Definitely not trained staff.
