I visited today with my mum and my sister. It was a wonderful experience overall.

The staff and owner/owners are professionals at what they do, and they were kind and welcoming. The cats are well kept and the area is maintained properly. The cat café is extremely neat and tidy, and after our experience with the cats we were even offered lint rollers to clean up after ourselves.

They have a variety of snacks and drinks. We only had an orange drink ourselves, but I can firmly say that it was fresh and delicious.

It was a 10/10 experience and we look forward to coming here again.

P.S. if you plan on visiting, please give them a tip So that these beautiful creatures continue to have a home!

This is probably the cutest and most adorable place I've visited yet!
Went with my nephew on the first-day of Eid to this place since he loves cats. The location is a bit tricky to get to, but no problems there.

Booking is recommended but took a chance and we were able to access the cat cafe directly.

The place is wow. The cats are all so well behaved, and well taken care of. The staff here do an absolutely splendid job on the upkeep of the place. We even got an opportunity to feed the cats some treats, which my nephew absolutely loved doing.

There is a downside to the experience however: kids 3 and above are charged full, i understand the costs associated with maintaining the place, but a discounted rate for kids would be appreciated, just a suggestion.

All in all, one of the most unique experiences we had this Eid. We would definitely be back to cuddle and pet the cute kitties again!

Took my family and a visiting friend. It was an amazing experience. Didn't have anything to eat. The place was super clean. As we went in the afternoon, it was nap time for the cats so they were all resting. Still had lots of fun and an hour passed by very quickly. Staff were very friendly and knew about all the cats. Recommended if you love cats.

Interior - a very cute minimalistic design and interior. Lots of quirky cat quotes!10/10

Service - The employees are nice and they make sure that you are following the rules. 10/10

Experience - there are so many adorable and fluffy cats there. I was overwhelmed by the cuteness! You have to make a reservation ahead of time and no matter the package you can only stay inside for an hour. My issue with the place is it’s a bit overpriced. The most basic package is 48 dhs for just 1 hour of petting and hanging out with cats without any food or drinks, that is the one we payed for. I believe almost 50 for nothing but petting cats is unnecessary and i personally wouldn’t come back despite how cute the cats are. 5/10

Its my first time going to their cafe and its ???? worth it.
the cats are so adorable and cute.
their beverages are good also.
The place is clean and the employees are approachable.
I will definitely visit this place again ????????????

Visited few cats cafe, in Jumeirah and in JLT but this is the worst experience so far. I am a Business Owner and a Father, and reading the reviews with low score make really sense. There’s a problem with your staffs. Either you trained them or replace them. The vibe we got upon entering the cafe are not really good and not welcoming from the beginning.

1. We’re asked if we have reservation and insisted to booked next time though there are only 2 customer inside around 3:30PM. (don’t worry, we’re not coming back).

2. We are treated like we cannot pay the fees for what reason? We don’t know either. (this Cafe has the most expensive rates out of 4 Cats Cafe we Visited though it is still affordable).

3. When they served the drinks inside, they are rude and dropping act the drinks, comparing it with other visitors where they are probably regulars, its huge difference.

Take note, these are comments from my 2 Children (13 & 11). ???? This is not their First time but First time to hear waste of money ???? , visited few Cats Cafe in Thailand ???????? , 3 times here in Dubai ???????? but this Cats Cafe needs to improve their Customer Service.

Again, there’s always room for improvements. ????????

All the kittens are so adorable and fluffy oh my god. They’re sososo friendly some are playful and some just want to nap on your lap!! Also an hour is so not enough id like to live here im getting the day pass next time

Clean tidy, best staff specailly Ferlyn because we interact with her i know all of them are the best. Pocket friendly. Lovely place to enjoy with kids quiet environment
