This has the be the BEST place to take a broken iPhone. We dropped the phone in the sea on holiday and after taking it to a few places on holiday, we waited until we got back home to bring it to CelMetro to fix it. Honestly, we were losing hope that it could not be fixed but CelMetro did a diagnostic and fixed it with in 24 hours at a good price. The customer service is excellent and they are very upfront with costs and work that needs doing. I would 100% recommend CelMetro.

One of the best shops in Dubai! As a tourist, I only had a few days in Dubai and had to have my mobile phone repaired quickly.
My phone screen was broken, the phone had water damage and it wouldn't turn on. I got the phone back repaired within 6 hours and everything worked fine. Very nice advice and you get email updates with the progress. Great experience and highly recommended. Invoices available and card payment possible. Many thanks to the whole team!

We aren’t a very tech savvy family, so over the years we have used Cel Metro for everything from broken screens, to being locked out of Apple IDs and even broken Play Stations!

Every time they have been so incredibly helpful, and have fixed our issues with ease. They respond super quickly and the turnaround time is also really speedy!

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, they are always out “go-to” for anything and everything tech!!!

An outstanding place to repair Macs and Apple devices. The employees genuinely cared about providing a high-quality service, and ensuring I left as a happy customer. Extremely rare to find this in Dubai. Asked them to fix the speakers in my 2014 MacBook Pro - received it back within two hours. Repair was completed super-professionally. Communication from the team and front desk was outstanding.

Honestly the best company i have dealt with in phone repairs. The service was very quick and efficient. Had an emergency where my phon wasn’t switching on, and it was on a loop restarting, I googled the nearest phone repair, and Celmetro was the first to appear.

I spoke to them they came picked up my phone returned it in three hours, fully fixed, functional without losing any data. I was really impressed and happy so thank you.

My iPhone was hopeless lost, I came here without any expectation because the screen wasn’t working at all, the phone even lost parts due a accident.
They recovered all apps, all lost pictures. Everything is now back at my new iPhone.
Amazing !
Highly recommend this recovery place. Very friendly, fair prices, fast and helpful.

My iPhone 13 Pro Max was suddenly became white screen.. It fell 10days back but it was working fine and suddenly it turned white .. I was looking for solutions all over the internet and was checking and talking to all service providers.. where all others were stuck on only changing the screen solution, this guys were the only one who told me that they will check and let me know if there is any need of screen change or a motherboard issue .. They were very quick to respond and did the the job in just few hours.. I got my phone repaired and delivered on same day..
Thank you Veena for being patient with my questions and explaining me the procedure.. It all went so smooth as I was informed with every detail.. Your team is honest and highly professional..Will recommend everyone in need..Couldn’t thank enough of Cel Metro..Thanks a ton!!

I contacted many service centers to replace the screen on my MacBook that wasnt turning on. These guys were the only one who asked to inspect first to determine the issue, all the others were happy to just replace the whole screen without checking. Turns out a lesser component needed replacing which cost half the price of replacing the complete reconditioned screen. Great service and highly recommended.

Went in to the queen st cardiff branch today with a sensitive issue concerning my mum's account. I'm power of attorney so I had to go in with my concerns. I asked a young man named Tiaan about my concerns, he immediately took me to a booth and listened to my concerns and did everything he could to enlighten me.He took at least 30 mins scrolling through past transactions and arrange for all to be sent by post.I can't praise him enough,a lovely young man and excellent customer service.

I went to three banks to solve the same problem within one hour. HSBC, Metro Bank and Lloyds Bank. HSBC queued up for 5 minutes and solved the problem for 10 minutes. Metro Bank queued up for 8 minutes and solved the problem for 10 minutes. There was no queue at Lloyds Bank. I waited for 15 minutes, talked to me for 30 seconds, let me solve it by myself, then I had to wait for a letter from the bank (I don't know how long it would take), the problem was not solved.

The worst branch of the worst bank! You found it!

The lady at the customer desk was accusing me of not giving my real home address, basing her decision on her "hunch", only because she could hear an accent in my voice.

Excellent customer service. I went there to open new bank account and staff were very helpful and friendly unlike some other banks on that street. I would recommend this bank for new foreign students/professionals trying to open their first bank account in UK.

Terrible. Barely any staff there and the ones who are there appear to have no idea on banking rules or regulations. Avoid at all costs.

They told me to be there at 13:00,i came 15 minutes earlier and was waiting for more than an hour.Then when it was already 13:20 they told me i came in to early and she is on her lunch but they told me to be there at 13:00 so i was waiting till 14:00 and i went back home Worst case i had.Horrible❗️❗️

Really confusing place. Really need signage in this place. Queue up for about 15 minutes, only to find out it's "money only", get sent to "queue up", which means sit/stand around in another location in the bank to wait for someone to see you, only, it's not actually a queue but a gaggle of people. This is after having been trying to get here for the past 6 weeks due to the poor opening times. Could really do with some organisation in here.

My local branch closed, so have to trek into Cardiff to deal with some issues. The staff seem dejected although as helpful as they could be. Still waiting for some issues to be resolved.
