I was a big fan of this bar because of the beer served and prices. It was a great place to get a cheap IPA.

Unfortunately, the bar seems to be closed now.

The signs advertising the various restaurants and bars have all been taken down from the outside of the hotel - as has the ‘The Carlton’ sign.

The hotel looks like it may be rebranding but does seem closed for now. Perhaps the bar will reopen in a new guise or not at all?

Very quiet place. Affordable prices. There is a billiards table. Toilets are located convintly inside the bar. The staff is amazing. And most importantly the place is not a pick up point. Highly recommended. They also offer verity of options for food.

Happy hour menu is with beer/wine beer costs 30aed & starters also they have in happy hour menu. I tried the curry & fries. It is butter chicken & fries was worthwhile! The draught beer is not that great. It's better to buy the bottled beer

Best pie and spaghetti with personable service from all who work here. It feels like a little family. We love this place. Denesh is a gentleman....and all his staff are amazing. We always come here and know we will be taken care of after a difficult day.

They are the most friendly staff in town, great service and they make you feel that you are family and at home. But at the weekends they have the worst band ever specially the singer , her voice is ugly and annoying .

Located inside the Carlton Hotel, it'd Nice bar, friendly staff, and reasonably priced drinks. It's great if you're a football or sports fan as there are enough screens. Food is nice but as you would expect Hotel prices, but there's plenty of restaurants close by.
