Budget friendly shop for Men, ladies and kids. You can find all kind of variety ranging clothing, shoes, bags, makeup and much more. Some discounts are there now a days due to Ramadan

Those who are buying few items, no worries for big long queue… just selfcheckout from selfcheckout pos machine.

Just scan the item tab the pay button, than tab your card and you are good to go…

Pick the items goto selfcheckout pos machine.

1. Select the Shukran membership options.
2. Type your mobile number.
3. Scan the product barcode.
4. Press Pay Now.
5. Tab the Credit/Debit Card.
6. Press PayNow.
7. EDC machine will prompt to swipe the card or tab the card.
8. Card validate completed.
9. Print/ Email.
10. Invoice receipt hard copy will print as well as you will receive soft copy on email.

Very bad customer service when it comes to return. We bought a water bottle for my child and one week later it was cracked and doesn’t close the lid even though it was one of most expensive ones. We didn’t have time to go immediately to return and 3 weeks later I went there and explained to the staff and they first said the manager is not here and I needed to wait, after couple of days and follow ups, the manger said it is not within the 14 days policy and no return. I explained that it is not fair as the crack happened just one week later from the purchase and we didn’t have time to come again the day after, but they have rudely answered that no the return is not possible.

Two seperate times they forgot the security tags on the clothes after buying, plus the person on the cash counter, Judith is not appropriate for customer service and is impatient while you are trying to sort your payment method. On top of it they have only 3 chaging room for a huge store. Not going here again.

The worst treatment from the cashier employee, and I have an Esaad card, but they did not give me the discount, and I went to another store .. I will not come to Center Point Hills Mall again????

If you want a good experience please don’t ask questions at Centre point because my friend Sharfaraz could not explain or was super busy I guess
