Your clothing concept ‘Wear That’ is such a scam! So disappointed with the stylist i was assigned (Sidra). She refused to follow up. I get the impression you are now in the business of taking peoples money and disappearing!! Don’t except poor service and scams from a company like Chalhoub! Disgusted!

The worst customer service I ever experience is always from companies owned by Chalhoub group. When other retailers treat their customers with so much respect and provide amazing benefits they should be ashamed of their cheap approach. Damaged products, no after sale service, keeping customers hanging with requests, pretending they don’t know their customers after 30 plus years. Not acceptable from a brand that caters to luxury products and customers. I used to try to reach them to give them feedback because I thought it was the employees fault but it’s clear now this is their cheap strategy.

I was really shocked from quality of people working at challhoub now adays especially in such position at the reception which is the first impression about the company

I went on 13th of Sep to drop my resume or to meet someone from HR but the receptionist an African lady was soo disrespectful, un professional dose not know how to speak to the people

A job seeker is not a second grade human

By the way I am applying for HR and public relation job and thats the way how I got treated

So God bless the sales people how they will be treated once they approach to such office ..???
