I had an amazing experience at the Chanel Fragrance & Beauty flagship in Dubai Mall today. Ms. Rana immediately welcomed me and listened carefully to my preferences, helping me choose the perfect fragrance from the Exclusive collection. She was kind, attentive, and made me feel valued. I left the boutique with my purchase and received a thoughtful thank you note from Ms. Rana. The humble and chic approach of the boutique was exactly what I love in a luxury experience. The BA doesn't even know the product and would not attend to the customer’s needs. I can not believe whoever recruits these people to stand in the shop of a luxury brand will have such a careless beauty advisor inside Chanel. Zero talent, zero hospitality mindset.

We have been assisted by a sales man. My husband accidentally took a photo of him because we are updating our cousin (bag owner) for its repair.

Prior to that, my husband politely asked the sales man if he can take photos of the bag since we are sending timely updates to our cousin.

The sales man then elevated his voice and told us in a very rude manner that he cannot take photos of him because that is his right. We fully understand his privacy but we also believed that there is a right level of tone of voice in telling us so. It is not the intention to take a photo of him as our interest is the bag itself.

Very bad and terrible customer service experience!

It's pretty crowded during Christmas and New year times. Staff is usually busy but you get whatever it is you came for, take a little time.

I visited this boutique on the 29th of Dec. I wasn't assigned to a staff member when I entered the store. I was looking around and then asked a male staff, he said someone will be with me shortly. I waited and no one came. Then I asked another female staff, she said someone will be with me shortly. No one came so I asked another staff by the door, then he got me a male tall staff. I asked for a specific necklace, he took out three trays of necklaces but they didn't have what I was looking for but I wanted to take a look at the ones there but he try to take it away so quickly, so I asked 'why are you in such a hurry?' He said it seems like you are not too happy!!??!! I said I want to look at it but he didn't seemed to want to help me. Then I looked around at the bags, was talking to my mom and he came up to me and said, ' Do you need anything? Tell me' so I said I'm talking with my mom, I will let you know if I want something else, but he kept pushing me and forcing me. I wasn't too happy and he said he have to look after me until I was finished so that he can assist someone else. I said go ahead and do that.
I felt DISCRIMINATED somehow cause the way he treated me and looked at me. I'm not poor or someone who cannot afford to buy Chanel. He wasn't patient and somehow didn't wanted to help me out. WORST experience at a Chanel store ever. I have travelled around all my life lived in different countries and have never been treated this way. Poor customer service, rude and unfriendly.

Despite the queue, the Russian girl administrator in the hall of brands works excellently. But the guy Khalied on the top floor needs re-education and a course of lectures on the service ...
Thanks to him, such an assessment, but we want the girl to become a manager.

There are not many beauty advisers but they try to help as much as possible.

I always buy from this branch when I cannot go to Europe.

Incompetent and unfriendly. Please Chanel replace the management and give it to someone to run it professionally and to your brands standards.
I’m tired of having to buy all my products when I’m traveling.
