Really amazing experience for my special 30th birthday. We were served by Marius at MOE and he made my parents and I feel so warm and welcome. Not only that but upon my surprise back home I opened a lovely happy birthday card in the box (thinking initially the envelop just had an invoice). Will definitely come back on my next visit to Dubai! Thanks so much!

This is by far the worst experience I have had in any store at Mall of the Emirates and Chanel stores worldwide. I came in for an exchange only, waited 1 hour 15 minutes and until that point the staff was unable to give me a clear idea of when my turn would be and after asking for the manager 5 times, no manager even bothered to speak to us. Despite waiting so much time no one bothered with us and the many others who were frustrated. At a minimum it is the managers duty to assist but they couldn’t even be bothered. We were not the only frustrated customers there. Almost everyone left with a sour taste. Here’s a crazy idea, if the staff can have just a tablet in their hand and know stock level, at least they can give us an answer if you have the size shoe we are looking for. But no, no one was willing to do even that and we left without an answer

If there is a zero or minus star option, I would gladly give them that rate. Unprofessional and over hyped place. Virtual queue every day just to show off with zero customer experience. We received a message at 1:00AM saying that we will not get in today. Who said we are waiting for you until 1AM in the mall!!! We have been to MANY Chanel boutiques all around the globe, but this one stand out for its cheapness. Nouveaux riches hub!!

Well horrible customer service before even I enter the shop! So I come outside the boutique, there is no one outside queuing and the front entrance man tells me to wait for a while as they are full at the moment! That’s fine I waited on the side and not right in front of the shop door! After me one man came and after him one lady! Guess what ? after 5 min the doorman lets the man go inside! I approached the doorman and I said that I was before him in the queue! He replied to me “ sorry I didn’t notice you!” I told him that’s not possible cause I approached you before the gentleman you just let inside and you told me to wait !!!!!! And that’s what I did , on the side right in front of you! Disgusting service even before I enter the shop and typical one more time that a single lady is discriminated in dubai ! He didn’t notice me !!!!!!!!! That doesn’t happen anywhere in the world but dubai ! Women are constantly discriminated when they are not escorted by men ! Maybe chanel at MOE needs to hire assistants at customer service that are more focused in their task and more polite !

Never thought that my first review will be a chanel complain
Visited the mall of the emirates boutique and did the usual queuing for 45min when they let me in and had to queue again.
First the Russian host was very rude!

I asked assistance to few people that were not seem to bother and one of them Hind was extremely rude and unprofessional and with her ego replied “I am not a fashion advisor to assist you” and was standing on her phone doing nothing and sending voice notes.

I left the boutique and will never think to visit the Mall of The Emirates boutique again.

Getting more and more commercial, terrible shop, things online are up to 4000 dirham cheaper, even they ship it around the world, its unbelievable and not fun at all anymore to shop in a boutique anymore, the last good brand in luxury fashion also going to destroy himself with this service and scam offers in the shop, I hope soon people don't visit or even buy anymore. Just making money, its nothing about costumers anymore ! Even H&M have better ratings then Chanel, Do you notice anything at all?

The worst service ever in Mall of the Emirates Branch
Just unacceptable …
More than 30 minutes waiting for a fashion advisor !!! I would have understand waiting more outside in the Queue… but why you let customers wait 30 minutes outside, then you let them in, if you have no fashion advisors ready to assist them ??!!

Instead of getting 3 “security guys” and a hostess doing literally nothing… get more people to assist customers …

Had pleasant experience from beginning to end. Attended by Adam, he was so lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about what he is selling. He isnt pushy and briefed us about some of the products before purchase. 5/5 for MOE Chanel.
