Great theatre. Seemed to be plenty of leg room in the row that we sat in. Not overly big, which makes it that little bit better being closer to the stage wherever you sit. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful theatre in top location! We loved the community feel of this place which is linked to The Lowry and has great gallery and community art on display as well as a lovely shop, café and ongoing superb theatre productions. A treat for all we think.

We've been to see BGT auditions and absolutely love it , it's hard to get some to drink during the show but they allowed sealed containers

First time to this venue. covid measures in place. Felt safe. Very clean. Lovely and helpful staff. Had a fantastic time to our first ever comedy show and Nigel Ng/ uncle Rodger was amazing. ????✌️

Both the Lyric and the smaller Quay theatres offer a modern experience with comfortable seating, better legroom and facilities compared to the older theatres in Manchester. They host a variety of events all year round. I look for shows and live performances here first.

We went to see When Darkness Falls, but the seats we had were uncomfortable ???? not worth £40, you would have to pay me to seat in the Stall Tier seats B20 and B21. The play was fantastic, but it felt like torture on a uncomfortable bar stools, rather than a seat in a theatre to watch a play. Avoid the stall tier seats. The people in front of us, stood up behind in the walk way in the 2nd part and they were on the lower seat of the Stall Tier A20 and A21, which didn't look as bad being on a high stool.

Lovely relatively intimate theatre. Toilets a little smelly ????
