Bad quality meat, poor and very slow customer service. They’re unwillingly answering queries also took more than 20 mins serve a burger - which was made of a whitish (frozen) patty even if they mention “Fresh” on their ads. Cheese was not melted, they served lettuce and tomato seperately (cold and raw) What an unbelievable experience was that. Never again.

I can not complain about the food that Charley's serve. The servers though. The guy who was preparing food at the al ghurair branch today 22/05/23 at 5:55pm was talking to another guy on the other side of the counter while his face mask was down and all these while he was preparing my food. I can just imagine how much of his saliva went into my food. Thanks!

Staff unprofessional they even didn't provide ketchup I had to ask them
Also family meal not like other outlet no oreo no juices no extra and same price they charge. I'll never comeback again

I had to wait 5 minutes before someone served me, when the guy comes to take my other with no smile, and very rush way ask me what I would like !
