My Experience was very nice and my stay was memorable.the rooms are very big and nice they maintained very well and the cleanliness. They have indoor pool it's a small pool but its very nice. They have a good front office team they give me a warm welcome. Specially a toll guy his name is Mr. Fazil. He is very friendly a very talkative. Thank you ibis team for your hospitality..

I went there for a two days stay and I don't recommend going there. (Very bad Experience)

There are plenty of other better hotels on the same location. (Rove Trade Center is 200m away)

The most important reason is they charge you a night's cost only for late checkout.

The wanted to charge me 150 AED only for a two hours late checkout (2 PM) while any other hotels offer it for FREE.

Other reasons it sucked.
1- very old small elevator.
2- old furniture.
3- Room TV didn't work.
4- wifi is slow and keeps disconnecting.
5- found only 1 bath towel in the bathroom and it was very old and almost torn.
6- All hotel staff are Indians.

Very nice place for me and my friend there is a good service here.The staffs are friendly and respectful. I love to stay there again and again.Keep it ip guys ♥️♥️♥️

The hotel is somewhat old, the staff are generally friendly, except for the pool employee who is not helpful. The bars are many. I do not recommend families. The location of the hotel is close to services

Employees in general very helpful and pleasant. Very nice Pool, good gym.
Overall it was Value for money .

Don’t come to this hotel as it is old and with the bad smell. Worst hotel ever! No visitor allowed and they cannot even explain why. Bedsheets, blanket and towels are having bad smell, all dirty. You will request for something but reception keeps on ignoring the guest. Receptionist doesn't have respect especially the Indian guy, I don’t know if he is the supervisor or what. No manners at all. Too noisy at night as you can hear the music of the band in their bar. Nothing is good here. I will never recommend this hotel.

The hotel ???? is too old ????.... time to replace too many things... not issues with service, but they are not professional service ... Not suitable for families ????.... Easy to view inside toilet from the closed doors ???? couples okay .... if you are looking for a cheap place, stay alone or a couple of it's okay .... don't accept too many things
