This is a very Indianized Asian restaurant, most of the dishes are spicy, to suit the Indian taste buds.
We went there for the BoGo offer on sushi. Limited sushi options. Not authentic. Every single sushi had spicy mayo in it!!! Which is a complete no no for me.
I have a few food restrictions, the server was very very helpful and cooperative. Really appreciate the extra effort he put into it.
The service was good but overall they could improve a bit in terms of speed.
The food is good but not great.
The ambience is fine too.

We had a spectacular meal at China Bistro.
Loved the awesome dimsums, amazing soup & pan fried noodles and the rest of the food with the class of service. Simply amazing. The highlight was the dessert Elements. Great lunch offers! Definitely worth trying

We have tried their offer of unli dimsum for 6 dirhams. Well it was a disappointment. There was only 2 options for to start which was vegetable or chicken. The chicken was good but the vegetable dumplings is a no for me. I also took the unlimited stone pot rice and noodles and it was too spicy for my liking. I asked one of the servers if they can adjust the level of spiciness and said that they cannot. The service was also bad. They asked us if they can take the stone pot and said that they still need to use it for other customers. We were not yet done eating. I also tried the Bao with Duck i forgot what’s the name. It was not nice at all it was way too sweet. Total disappointment

We ordered a vegetarian set menu at the newly opened China Bistro in Business Bay. It started with eight treasure Vegetable soup which was absolutely delicious and nourishing. The sup was accompanied with vegetable dumplings and edamame, avocado Sushi. Therafter came the Fried cottage Cheese in chilli sauce which tatsed good. The mains consisted of Jasmine Rice with Thai Green Curry and Korean One Pot Meal which is called Bibimbap Vegetable serbved in Gochiuang sauce. It was absolutely healthy and tasted amazing. The lunch finished off with a lemon cheesecake. It was a good experience. Looking forward to trying more items on their menu in near future.

China Bistro declared an offer on Time Out Dubai running until 14 February. In my attempt to book a table I called more than 8 times no one answered the phone. Finally when someone did he was rude and said no reservations. Agreed with a bunch of friends to meet at the restaurant at 7PM. I went at 18:30 to book a table in advance. There was a long queue. Feeling bored I went to Google I then realized that even though the main branch is rated 4.2 the Business Bay one is rated at only 2.9! I also discovered it is a Chinese restaurant coming from India. They guy that met us at the door was rude as well, and he told us the offer is over. Surprise, surprise! There is a sign at the door that says the offer is only valid from 5-7PM. Now I understand why this branch is rate so low. They guy who answered could have said that the offer is only from 5-7PM but he didn’t. In the Article on Time Out they also didn’t mention that the offer is valid between certain hours. We turned around and left, we told our friends change of plans, meet us at Fujiya instead.

Street parking only! Very delicate seasoned menu offering a variety of Chinese style dishes. The manager and staff are great and welcoming. Must try ! They have killer offer running

@chinabistrouae has a magical setting that makes dining extra special.
The staff were super friendly and efficient - our meals were served quickly.
The 5 course set menu had veg and non veg options with a perfect combination in offerings.
Started off with some amazing soup, relished the dumplings with their in house sauces and dived into their mains, which was a delicious burnt garlic fried rice and chicken szechuan noodles. The experience ended with coconut dumplings and cheesecake which was just right.
Don’t worry about parking as there is free valet service for all customers.

Fantastic from start to finish. Valet parking right outside the door. Excellent waiters who are friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Food beautifully presented, arrived hot and full of flavour. Best Chinese food in Dubai for service and quality. Thank you very much for an amazing meal.
