I ordered a bangle, ring and a mini set with another bracelet and earring in the set. I received the bangle, rind and bracelet, but not the earring. i brought this to the owner's attention and he promised to send the missing earring by April 15th 2023, but nothing and today is July 1st 2023. I will never trust them again. Zero intergrity.

They are not replying on queries, They only good upon order, Once you placed your order they will not give you a reply on your all queries. They are not picking/answering your calls or message. Phone number mentioned is not working. Landline no one is answering!

The staff is so kind, it's just you just have to wait long if you bought it on tabby. I don't understand why? But I hope their products is real.. but overall it's good.

very bad services and quality ... Certificate of authenticity does'nt make sense... no grams no engraves i wasnt sure if real or what ...??? on thier site prices are different .... be careful

Although there was a wait. (we are in Liverpool) the Crew from Wallasey were covering a wide area due to circumstances at the moment.
We were not a life threatening emergency but we were advised to dial 999 by my husbands doctor,
From the moment the crew came in they were brilliant sorted my husband, they were a cheerful and very efficient team. Got us to A&E and registered.

My husband recently was experiencing chest pains. I sent for an ambulance which arrived quickly. The team were so kind, reassuring, efficient and very professional. We were taken immediately to Broadgreen where the team were waiting and worked on him immediately. This was NHS at its finest. The ambulance team were a credit to the service and should be commended for their work.
Unfortunately, I do not have their names but they attended on Sunday 3 July around 3.30.
