I recently visited this shop and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. The most significant issue was the complete absence of staff members at the counter, which resulted in an unacceptably long wait time.

The atmosphere is great and the interior design is wonderful, which led me to choose this shop for a morning coffee.

There was no one in sight to take orders or assist customers.
The management is very poor. Not gona recommend this to anyone.

I visited Chocoberry twice during my holiday in Dubai. This cafe brand from the UK really lives up to its motto of ‘Taste of Happiness’. The service was great and the desserts were really tasty. I tried the waffle bites, cookie dough and macarons (all of which are freshly made in house by their experienced chef). I’ll definitely be back soon! Good luck

This place is great! The atmosphere is chill and the staff is really friendly. They can make great recommendations. Here you can find the most amazing desserts in town. The menu is pretty good with many mouthwatering options, and for their prices, it’s 100% worth it.

Nice place and atmosphere.
The staff were very professional and friendly.
The desert was very good and the price reasonable. We order 1 churros (6pcs) , 1 half strawberry waffle and 1 coffee we paid only 104.
We enjoyed our stay.

Very very friendly which is the best thing, good vibes to chill, cute for photos.
They have more tables outdoors

Amazing staff! They give great recommendations and we tried so much. Everything was absolutely delicious- the best choice at a chocolate cafe in Dubai. Thank you for making our visit amazing- we will be back very soon.
