Very bad service. Waited for 15+ mins at the seafood counter. When the designated staff arrived he serve first his fellow countryman who just arrived too. Its not my 1st time to experience this, you even have to look for the staff to serve you. I also saw some staff who just woke up, the manager who is just taking on the phone while walking from here to there. He doesn't care if the customers are waiting. I read a lot of negative experience from this branch but I don't know why management is not taking actions.

Very bad staff there .. not just one time many times they disrespectful to the cusiand baised.... Man staff of this branch need serious help .

It seems that my complain since almost 3months ago is ignored by the company. This is regarding the non -halal foods is mixing up in the cashier queue, considering that they have 3 cashier counters, which is not acceptable for us Muslim.

Extremely poorly managed branch of Choithram. They never answer the phone for deliveries, and in a few cases when they have picked up earlier, they've rudely asked us to Whatsapp them instead.

Today we went in to the store and ordered 4 packs of bottled water which took them a whopping 2.5 hours to deliver to the opposite building! And the delivery only happened when I went back and reminded them of it.

Whether it's a shortage of employees or just a lack of training in responding to customer requests, this branch needs some serious work with their customer service.

Very poor service, everytime I come to this branch I need to beg for their assistance such as weighing the staff I will buy and also I need to wait for how many minutes. Very poor customer service I had very bad experience today a minute ago I went there to buy something but I waited for so long for someone to weigh the staff I bought. I will never come to this store again.

I wish I could have given 0 stars. I ordered few things urgently which I needed for my dinner. I ordered at 7:30. Tried calling them multiple times at 9:00 pm and they didn't pick the call after 15 mins a lady at the store picked up the call and told that delivery guy is not available as this is already 9 and they can't deliver now. Such a pathetic store and nocourtesy to call and inform the person.

Tried calling both mobile and landline numbers but noone is answering my calls....don't even reply in WhatsApp quickly...it takes ages to get a response. Its like 1st 8hr shift is to get order, 2nd 8hrs shift preparing the order (which i didn't able to reach cuz i am still waiting answers) and then maybe 3rd 8hrs shift will be for delivery...
