The staff availed at fish counter doesn’t have any experience. The way he was handling totally disappointing as a customer point of view. He need proper training.

Horrible service, the delivery is always more than an hour late. Last time their machine didn’t work and as I was running late, I asked them to come an hour later but he didn’t listen. Said to me that manager doing gir gir, wanted the money immediately. Can’t imagine the whole year I have only ordered from Choithrams. The delivery guy went back and blocked my number so I don’t order no more, or make a complaint may be. I wasn’t gonna run away with the 20 bucks worth order, I stay in the same building.

Every time I will order and ask for items to be delivered, there is never a driver or delivery person. Please remove the delivery option if it is never available. That's false promise.

An amazing market, i saw it first,
Very clean and beautiful, fully hygiene and fresh items.
Specifically the meat & fish section, Nepali friend maintained it very clean and beautiful+hygienic.
Items display is outstanding very easy to pick items.

Everything is perfect accept the staff who is handling the online orders never pickup my call always make me disappointed even Whatsapp messages ????

Good Quality Products but there is one problem which customers would have faced. For some items, Prices mentioned in the product pick up area is totally different from the prices in the system at the billing.
