Well stocked and easy layout to find what you need. It's our first time to go coz we are looking for a particular rice brand. They don't have it in stock and the staff politely recommended a brand they carry. Such a nice gesture, and he really put a good effort sadly we forgot to catch the name. You don't always get the kind of customer service in a supermarket. We definitely recommend if you are near the place. We live in Mirdiff we just happened to be in the area and thought to check.

A staple this side of Karama. Located here for almost a decade, this supermarket brings back fond memories. A very well maintained store with systematically categorised aisles stocked with all the products you need. The fruits and vegetables are of a very high standard most of the time. But the true gem of this store is the experience of shopping. One doesn't feel locked in a crowded bazaar, but in a modern, clean yet warm environment with very friendly staff. The store is always themed for every holiday season and stocked with sweet treats for everyone. A community has been built around this store. Certainly prices are on the higher side, but it's convenience and quality outweigh all cons. The best solution is to shop here once a week to get the best of both worlds.

Tip : Tuesdays generally have a special offer. Try to shop during the evenings. The store is mostly fully stocked at this time.

But names great but working people not nicely bequest anything purchase maybe 7 drms customers hives for 100 drms choithrams people no chance like that's told me because needs for loosing business

A store where u can find quality vegetables . Fruits like apple & grapes are a bit expensive when compared. Rare collection of Hair products. Meat section expensive or else go for the offer.

I am writing in reference to my regular visits to this supermarket. I am loyal customer to this store. Employee empathy towards the customers is a great thing here.

To explain in detail. They treat customers with utmost respect. They helped many times in bewildered shopping situations.

I strongly recommend this supermarket. All the best.

Worst experience from the staff in the fish section.
The fish quality is too good comparing to other shops in Karama.
But this man will not clean some fishes like sardine, anchovy... because he is lazy. That is the reason. All other shops provide cleaning of these fishes. This is just an excuse of him.... The management says we will do cleaning for all. But he will not.
This is very bad. Don't keep such people. This will affect badly the organization also.
This is the 3rd time he is behaving like this.. Still the management is not talking any actions against him... This is so pathetic.
For the quality of items, I am a happy customer.

Good supermarket. Get fresh and good quality produce. Has all the major brands of products, and good variety of tinned and frozen items. Accepts cash and card both. Helpful staff. Well stocked products.

A very old supermarket.Has all household products under one roof.The old staff even the owner is so polite and helpful.They have maintained their quality and service over the years.Very helpful staff I had lot of staff they helped me getting a cab even on a very busy day.They have only 2 payment counters which makes it inconvenient for the customers Rest all is very good.
