Largest supermarket in Baniyas Square .. There are groceries, fruits, vegetables, toiletries, garments, shoose, kitchen items, household tools and lot more...
All over an average in price, quality and customer service.. I had been there for mor than five times, but the customer service wasn't good enough????.. It was little disappointing for me.
I can only say an Average shopping experience.. That's it????
Anyways you can try.. I hope you might get treated well, If they could change their approch to the customer.. ????

Very good and best super market....once u enter u. Will feel u r in best place to buy good quality of items....thier are always offers and discounts
..also very good support from supportive staff....lots of parkings in front of market...different kinds of items are there..to serve u...and very easy location from each aides

The best part about this place is that it's open 24 hours. They have a wide variety of products from fruits and vegetables to toiletries to meat to household stuff. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. On the downside the place is a bit too cramped up especially the vegetables section during the peak hours and if there isn't any staff to weigh the items you'll be stuck in a long que as there is only one machine available. It isn't accessible by wheelchair. All in all a good place to visit at any hour of the day if you are running low on stuff at home.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE IS ANSWERING PHONE CALLS WHAT IS THE USE OF YOUR TELEPHONES THERE? I have tried calling previously as well but nobody bothers to pick a call even though the store is literally empty half of the time.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE IS ANSWERING PHONE CALLS WHAT IS THE USE OF YOUR TELEPHONES THERE? ONE GUY FINALLY ANSWERED MY CALL BUT ITS LIKE HE DONT WANT TO TALK. SO I ALREADY ORDERED FROM 4PM. UNTIL 6:36PM THEY STILL DIDN’T DELIVER IT.

Very poor customer service, staff is so rude, checkout counter was sooo dirty ,I bought some bakery and veg when reach to cashier I saw checkout counter was sooo dirty I just said to him it's dirty ,he replied I don't have time to clean you want buy or not? And he just snatched the things from my hand for scan. Poor management didn't teach customer service to their staff. Such a worst experience.
