Chicken bbq was uncooked 3 out of 5 times that I’ve ordered it. Please please please make sure to cook it properly coz it taste really nice if it’s cooked well. Please inform your chefs to not rush it.

Food is not bad, I got an under-cooked chicken, AC isn't working and it was mentioned by the staff that it hadn't worked for quite a while, it's too hot. The place itself needs some repairs!, look at the celling and chairs some are torn, is there no management here in this branch??

Chowking Mankhool, near Satwa Roundabout. Worst food and worst customer service. First of all, everything on the menu is not available. When i asked the lady in the counter she said that it is the same in all branches. There are only 3 Breakfast option. She also didnt even care when i informed her that the breaded fish they served is tooooooo salty. I called her to try it herself after she denied it is not salty. But she didnt even flinch. Worst branch ever. I would recommend to close this one, useless.

Very bad experience in this branch there is no ac and water leakage in floor no cleaning ac is not working from last 20 days iys my 2nd visit jafliya near round about satwa

I am literally just got out from this chowking branch in diyafa and im telling you guys its the worst experience ive ever had.. the moment that im done ordering our food, the Madam lady on the counter starting to shout and calling the names of the staff.. the Madam Lady not even contented she sat near on our table with the new guy and started to yell at him..we heared all the conversation including she was asking that guy if he deserve to have visa on there company.. what a shame..really?She asking this in front of the customers? And we are all listening..cant imagine what that guy felt that time.. it make me sick! i cant even swallow my food, and cant finish up, i feel so bad.. is this how chowking team treating there new staff??? So cruel.. i even ask Madam lady if she can talk to the new guy in other place because im not comfortable to listen to their conversation..Im calling out the Manager /owner of chowking… your branch have so much to offer but PLEASE TREAT YOUR NEW STAFF FAIR AND RESPECTED AS WELL AS YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

We went last night for dinner, before that I made sure that they're serving the king chaofan double deal as I am on a budget and I really loved the chaofan and same with halo-halo (which is the reason I will come there) but to our surprise, the halo-halo milk was NOT THE SAME MILK as they used to their regular halo-halo. I know this is the deal, but that's not an excuse to change the ingredients of the food that you are serving to make a cost lower. The taste of your halo-halo last night was similar now to the others nearby restaurants. I only noticed 4 ingredients which is lots of gulaman red and green, ube, maybe 3 to 4 pcr of beans and langka. No leche flan, no nata etc. And a whole lot of ice so I ended up asking for more milk as it tasted and become watery. However service staffs are good. I'm not sure if they're commanded to do the cut cost to save or they did it on their own. I hope when I visit again it will be back to my old favorite halo-halo stop.

All time favorite Nasi Goreng and tofu. Wanted to try some other dishes but were not available.
