- Meaningless menu, like 90% of it is unavailable.
- Rude staff.
- No Air Conditioning, especially now it's summer.
- Not actually open 24 hours.
- Food consistency is totally off. Sometimes it's okay, sometimes it's not (cold and bland)

This place is more of a cloud kitchen for delivery than an actual restaurant. Shame that the place looks nice and all, but it's all a front.

I don't recommend this place for dine ins.

Worse experience, it's unacceptable to serve the noodles like this ????????????????????. The food was very Cold and Dry. The staff just laugh when i ask to them why the food is like this? "Manager" was there too, yet he's not hesitant to approach us regarding this matter. So I personally raised my complain. What makes me surprised is he interrupted me while I'm still talking. Take note they served the food less than 2mins to reheat it.

After a long time we visited the new chowking branch opposite burjuman .

Neat and cool ambience. Portion size was extremely small and not so worth it . Taste was ok as always . Nasi goreng rice was cold as well the dimsum platter.

Apart from that everything was ok . As it was a new outlet we got some discount voucher .

It was my first time at Chowking. The staff suggested me King Chao Fan. The rice was sticky with sweet and sour flavor. The only problem was that the food was cold so it was not that fun to eat. Customers come in dine-in to get food fresh from the kitchen but this is disappointing.

Bad experience with chowking karama branch,, look the chief don't like to cook
Hot and sour soup not taste good not like I known it, even the noodle, , this is the problem when you order for delivery

Terrible experience. The AC is not working for last one week & i highly doubt hygiene of this place as it was too hot! The manager was busy in promoting his facebook page lol - instead of making customers comfortable or simple advice them to takeaway instead of dining in. Employees were working in a terrible sweating situation.

If I could give 101/100 I would give this branch! SAM has this consistency of greeting people from day 1, fyi this is not our first time this is multiple times of visiting and deciding to eat here. ???????? MAYA is so sweet, she made a request to her manager for the sake of us and MR. RONIE on charge manager did not even hesitate to say YES for us. We would like to keep coming back guys because of your service! Thank you ???? Kudos to this branch ♥️

Worst customer service in Burjuman Branch.
All our first choice of food are not available، they said only chicken available so we just order chicken and still waited for so long. Food is good but your cashier:Kaushi gives us worst customer experience. Taking order like she don’t like her job, we have ask to parcel chicken and she just give plastic like it’s not she don’t like to and with a very bad face. And other staffs are just talking talking to each other not really checking customers
