I ordered 6 pcs. Siomai and sweet and sour chicken Lauriat. I paid 13 AED for the 6 pcs. Siomai but when it was dispatched it lacked 2 pcs. Good thing I called the attention of the dispatcher. I think they should re-train their dispatcher who was supposed to check the quality of the food before giving them to their diners. The kitchen staff should also know the quality. I am very disappointed with those pinoy in the kitchen and the pinoy dispatcher. Good thing the Indian manager apologized to me. However they need to retrain their staff in order to have excellent service. I also appreciate the lady pinay manager doing the rounds as well as the friendly Indian store manager asking their diners how their foods were.

This is not first I visit the restaurant but this is the last!I really want to eat Shanghai lauriat but they said not available ala halohalo not available soon Ai not available but still showing in the menu it’s available…but when I place the order they said not available everything is not available even kangkong not available what is this!!!..i place the order chicken lauriat for take away imagine I almost waited for 20 minutes 25 minutes maximum!and the waiter his not even take my attention sad face looks tired how many times I ask for the order still not ready again I ask not yet ready what kind of service they had!!!!food was cold the noodles was dry the rice so sticky!I didn’t even finished my food!never ever fired again to eat in this restaurant

The name itself Chinese exclusive restaurant but when I accompanied with Chinese guest he didn't have choices of Chinese dishes. Finally we ordered other continental dishes. Overall taste is a bit ok.

Unsatisfied customer my order wanton soup without wanton supervisor knows wanton is not available but he never inform the customer he is cheating in customer if ther 0 star i will rate it.

The worst fastfood in Satwa... It is self self service. I ordered noodles and fresh lumpia. The food shows that who prepared it was soo lazy. The carrots were cut in big sizes. And was not cooked. Then they mixed the fresh lumpia with the noodles which should not be because the fresh lumpia have a sweet sauce. I think the management check on what the staff are doing.

I complained because my friends and I did not like what your staff did to us, around 2:30am-3am we looked for a place to eat and we saw that the chowking is open as 24hrs but when we were inside and ordered while waiting When we ordered, they suddenly turned off the light. Their reason was because another customer might come in. Is that correct? What's the point of calling you 24hrs if you don't want to receive customers at that time, I wish you didn't put 24hrs anymore, right? wherever we eat, we've never experienced that, but that's it. We also don't like the entertainment of your staff because it looks like he is the one who is angry because we entered your store. When you are working in the food, even if you look at it, what you did is not right, one more thing you should always check is that the rice you are serving has a smell. that's all thanks

We ordered chaofan with bbq with drinks and petite halohalo tonight around 9:53pm and we got our order so late. I noticed that they’ve lacked with staffs… so many tables that aren’t clean… and siomai isn’t available as well… i guess there was no manager also. No Filipino staff I can say that might can help to organize the store… but still Imran still trying to finish all the orders as much as he can. And there was a guy who helped inside without uniform… i hope the chowking management will do something about this… thanks
