oh i visited this building. must be say this building has a strong security. may be it has 57 floor. 2 building one for office site and another for residents site. two site two security system. i invited you to visit this. you enjoyed this Area. so Again said you visit this building. and this is for 200 Word review.

No Parking here and One office with the name of 99newsHD is doing fraud here. They rent office for few days and hire people on visit visa. They do not give them salary and then close everything and run away.

Amzing view the curved dubai canal with towers of building in the background makes it stunning to look at, Tallest Burj Khalifa looks visible Tallest than all towers, prime location, limited but free parking facility inside.

Slow processes, with much bureaucracy. More than 4 month in issuing an NOC to make a glass partition. Terrible experience with this building management

Apart from there not being parking AT ALL! You as the guest must park outside for some unknown reason or you can park inside but then you have to pay. And then you get the flippen rude security.

Great children's library and a brilliant selection of adult titles including large print and audio versions.

Run purely by volunteers who are really friendly and happy to chat or leave you to browse :D
