The place is bright, clean and spacious with nice views. Good for remote work. Will be back

We ordered garlic bread, lasagna alla bolognese and ragu alla bolognese for food; 2 coke, regular and zero, strawberry banana smoothie and strawberry sangria for drinks. The server did not take down notes of these orders.
The server brought our drinks, for which she forgot to bring 1 of the 2 cokes we ordered. The strawberry banana tasted dull with a warm milk for a smoothie. 3/10. The garlic bread then was served hot, yet tasted more like herbs than garlic. 6/10. When the mains were brought to our table, they look really good. Since they're super hot, we have waited to cool down a bit. My partner then told the lady that the smoothie had a warm milk and then she just walked away with it, never returning the drink. 1/10. We ordered another coke since it was forgotten even she repeated the order. We started with the mains and since they are both traditional beef ragout, we expected a similar taste. However, we were definitely both disappointed with the lasagna as it tasted odd. I tried to eat more of it but it wasn't really good. It got a distinct taste of something I'm not familiar with. We ended up sharing the ragu alla bolognese which was the only food we were satisfied with (7/10). After dinner, the lady came to our table and just asked if we were finished to take the plates and left. To think that 2 ladies attended to our table but there were no interaction, didn't even bother asking how was the food since the lasagna was barely touched. It was such a terrible, terrible service. You need to train your staff into what is customer service as they're the face of your restaurant. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Best Italian coffee (Or any coffee for that matter) for its price!
We had croissant and we enjoyed the taste of that too. We could taste it was freshly baked.
If you just like hanging out or an actual good tasting coffee at an al fresco space, you wont regret finding and dining in this restaurant.
AMBIENCE
We loved their al fresco area, period. ????
SERVICE
We were served by Celine and she was really good. Attentive - I did not have to repeat myself which does not happen too often around here. She gives options which I liked, unlike others who will just take your order leaving you not knowing you could have ordered something better.
A few other customers arrived after we place our order with her and she attended to them efficiently too.

The staff is nice and friendly. However, they didn't understand when we asked if a vegan item has vegan cheese in it.
The caprese was simply perfect. It's very nice and light. Goes very well with the amazing vanilla ice cream they serve with it. The coffee is the cherry on the top of all the above. Lovely espresso.
Overall, I will definitely come back again and try more items off their wide menu.
