Ordered a 6-piece box, the 3 pieces we ate were totally not fresh, texture was old and not fluffy, the inside was dry, and we were charged individually though we asked for a box of 6.

This is the worst Cinnabon branch in the UAE! Ordered one Pecan Cinnabon and one Nutella Chocolate Cinnabon both of them were so dry like they were made yesterday! No flavor at all and very hard. I complained to the waiter and he just stood there like a statue! Then I said hello? do you speak? He said yes I am sorry! I'm like what do you mean you are sorry where is your manager? I spoke to the manger and his reply was they are making new ones but I have to wait for 15 minutes and anyway he cannot help me because I ate my Cinnabon! Atrocious customer service!

This is the worst Cinnabon branch I have been to! Everything we ordered was old, hard, and had no flavor. Their manager is very rude as he did nothing but apologize when we complained he should be terminated as he is giving a bad name for this otherwise awesome brand!

Please let your staff know to be careful about what they say in their own language in front of the customer. While I ordered, I heard your staff at that time call me something insulting which I do not care to repeat here. I believe they thought I was not from the same country as them. I was so upset I could not eat what I ordered and ended up giving it away.
