Avoid this bank, horrible customer service,
For the last 6 months I'm trying to solve an issue with them with no result... tens of emails , calls, and complaints all in vain.
Citi in UAE doesn't seem to have any management

Citi bank makes you pay for the fraud amount and does not update you on the process of the investigation.
They do not allow you to cancel the card either.
I have reported Fraud on the 24th of Feb 2022, and yet till now there are no updates when it was mentioned that they will get back to you in 3 days.
On top, customer service was horrible, shouts back at you on the phone, and the customer service is most probably offshore; you can hear your own voice through the echo.
Avoid applying any credit cards with them at all costs.

I had fraudulent transactions and can't get thru the call center. I have raised complaint online for the past 4days since 23Feb 2022 and no reply on my online complaints. Citibank has not called me so far

The woman who runs this place is a genius. She has systems in place to ensure the services they offer are always high quality. Beautiful products, well trained staff. They put you at ease when …let’s be honest….it’s a little embarrassing. The setting is gorgeous. The website is genius. The owner needs to teach business school. This is a well run place. If you can’t find it when you arrive, it’s tucked in the bottom right side of the shopping plaza. Forgot to mention that I don’t get a lot of pain from this. I can’t see if that’s my tolerance or their ability but I never find it that painful. The other thing I like is how thorough they are. Really great. Oh, and before I arrive today, they sent me a text, explaining me how to get in in case the door was locked. They basically think of everything.

Such an amazingly relaxed place, Katie made me feel at ease straight away and less embarrassed!

Waxing was quick and effective. Katie was great at talking me through what she was doing and explained how my skin was reacting/ what to expect.

She also gave me some tips on aftercare and things to be beware of.

Booked in again and won't be going anywhere else! Really pleased. Also recommended to others who have now visited and also report brilliant experiences!

Had my first experience here today & can honestly say it was the best waxing treatment I’ve ever had!
Hazel was friendly, welcoming and professional. She instantly put my anxiety at ease. I’m definitely going to be a regular client from now on!

Team are lovely. Always have a great chat - sessions are a breeze, they love what they do, explain everything. Allow you to ask as many questions as you want without feeling like shouldn't. Just great place, lush people and super friendly. Thank you team ????

I went to Tivoli for the first time and was very impressed with how calm the lady who saw me made me feel about an issue I have. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns and worked through them with me. I haven’t had a g-string wax in a long time so the pain was expected to be medium/uncomfortable however it was over quickly and she left no traces of wax residue anywhere (which has happened at other salons before!). I’m definitely returning and would 100% recommend, specifically the owner of the salon (who I saw).

Such a clean, inviting and relaxing vibe to this salon.
Katie put me at ease straight away and discussed want I wanted before undressing unlike other salons.
Minimal discomfort, absolutely no redness.

Super easy, any worries I had before my first appointment melted away as soon as I met my therapist. She made me feel really comfortable and the procedure was literally painless. Can’t believe I have waited for so long to have this done. I am really looking forward to seeing my results in the coming weeks
