This practice is new to me but already I can't fault the medical staff. They are extremely helpful , friendly and clearly doing the best for their patients. I would say however, there is a member of the reception team, I think it's an Irish accent she has, and she always seems to be having a bad day. Every single experience with her she almost seems angry to speak with and very rude. This one person puts a real damper on the whole place and can make vulnerable person whom are already anxious even more unsteady.

18 months ago, I was struck down with encephalitis. The first two doctors I saw fobbed me off with "it's a sinus problem". But, on my third visit, Dr Ian Mitchell recognised the seriousness of the problem and immediately contacted Norfolk and Norwich hospital to get me admitted. If it wasn't for him, I would have been in SERIOUS trouble! And my heartfelt thanks go out also to Dr Katherine Grady, who has kept an eye on me ever since. She is an amazing lady and a VERY competent doctor. It is no exaggeration to say I owe these two wonderful people my life. The encephalitis has left me with a rather hazy memory....but I will never forget what these two doctors did for me. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I left my tablets at home in Germany
Went to the practice & everybody was very helpful with what I had to do. Temporary registration completed & waited for a phone call to see a doctor. A knock on my door at my holiday flat.. One of the receptionist standing there, informing me that they were unable to call my German number.
Went to the practice, saw a very pleasant lady doctor & was given a prescription.
I cannot praise the people & the service I was given enough

I use the practice regularly for on going health symptoms and have always found the reception team helpful. The phlebotomy on site is really helpful and punctual. All of the GPS are thorough and kind. The pharmacy on site is useful. Good disabled parking facilities. Spacious waiting areas with big screens to allow for when the gp is ready to call you. Great gp practice overall.

Always been able to get an appointment when needed, had to wait a couple of weeks for a non urgent appointment. Found the doctors and nurses very friendly and helpful with all my questions. The online self referral system to see if you need a face to face appointment is brilliant.

I have recently registered with this practice and my experience has been very positive. The GP listened to my health concerns and found solutions. Happy to be a patient at this practice.

I cannot fault them. By them I mean all staff from receptionist to doctors. They have been very helpful and kind to my 89 year old mother who has had several medical problems in the last couple of months.

Whenever we have to attend, we are always treated with respect and understanding. The staff are great and take the time to fully understand your needs. We are so pleased to have such a great surgery to look after us.
