100% negative experience. POOR customer service. POOR online services. It took a few months to close the account. Still, I'm not able to open my final statements as the system is blocked.
Dont repeat my mistake.
Dont use Citibank ????

avoid this bank if you value your sanity, and even worse you're getting a bad deal from their credit cards and banking services. I went with two other banks for my banking services, and each one of them is much better than this one.

I came to open an account, from the beginning the manager said that yes, you can open it. I gave him the documents, he looked at them and said, we are now closed for new customers.

I just had the worst customer service in my life. I visited moe to deposit cash into my aed acc. And for some reason the receipt says "payment to credit card" apparently the "manager" as per the lady said was very rude and even not presentable to be sitting in Citi bank branch, i have asked and explain what happened seeking for help unfortunately HE CANNOT HELP ME BECAUSE HE DOESNT KNOW WHERE THE DEPOSIT GOES. and at the end, he said that he should'nt be helping me because he is in sales. I walked out speeches!!! ON WHAT ON EARTH KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT???? HE WAS NOT EVEN HELPFUL AT ALL. DOESNT FIT TO BE IN CITI BANK. POINTLESS STAFF TO BE SITTING THERE. HE SHOULD BE SITTING IN LOWER CHEAP BANK RATHER THAN THERE!

I went to Mall of Emirates beach for cash deposit to my company account. It was just 5 thousand AED. Bank close 4 pm as per display board. It was 3.58 pm in my clock and banks exchange board time shows 3.59 pm but the counter was opened. It was one minute still left to close. As I reached counter cashier refused take money. I told him it’s still one minute left and I come from far since in Dubai only two branches accept cash in the counter. Teller said they already closed their task everything and can’t accept any more. By that time it was already 4 pm and security started shutting door. Question to the Bank - How come Citibank can close their activities before scheduled time? Kindly investigate. If not, we assume that management is not bothering customer’s service!! I rate this bank no stars, to proceed my comment 1 star

Horrible service. Staff are rude, lack basic knowledge, have 0 ability to interact with customers beyond "come get this credit card", and judge you based on what you are wearing. 1 visit and I regret staying with Citi for so long. Closed down my account and never felt better.

A guy at the call center was able to clearly and helpfully fix my issue in 5 minutes, although their call center is very hit or miss, while the staff here didn't even present me with the information the call center staff member provided. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Gordon was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was exceptionally easy to communicate with from the organising of our trip, all the way to the collection. He kept us informed of everything that he needed to and is generally just a very nice guy. The bus was also an excellent standard, with comfortable seats and very useful tables. Couldn't recommend Nevis more if I tried.

Another big thumbs up for Gordon - more than just a driver. Went above and beyond to help, and keep us informed when undertaking an unplanned transfer between Dundee airport and Aberdeen ferry terminal! Thank you Gordon. A lovely chap. Highly recommend.

We booked Nevis Coaches in Sept 2020.
From start to finish the team made the booking easy and the service was fantastic. The driver went out of his way to accommodate every ask and offered some good suggestions on the way. We felt very safe during our journey as driver was responsible and took no chances.
The Coaches were high spec (Merc Benz) with tables that went down great with the kids and family. Ideal for board games or other activities.
We found Nevis Coaches very competitively priced and we will no doubt use their services in future.
