Ambience is too good. Really relaxing atmosphere. Clean spa. Must try their exotic treatments. Experienced therapists . Awesome massage.

At 495,- for a massage you except more. The facilities are worn down, you have to change in the treatment room, no before shower/steam offer. No water after the massage, nothing. For that money you can get a better experience elsewhere and at that price you do expect an experience and not just a simple massage.
The treatment itself was good.

It was amazing, I’ve tried many spa’s here in Dubai, and been disappointed many times. I know that every time I come here to Citta the massage is gonna be good, the personal is very polite, the facilities are great and clean and, the massage it’s amazing. the ladies that did our massage were professional and made sure we were okay and were focusing the areas we wanted.

Overall a great experience !

I had an amazing and relaxing massage, the lady was very experienced and knew exactly what she was doing. All the staff I encountered were polite and friendly but the only thing I was disappointed about is not being able to use my voucher code. The voucher app requires a PIN from the merchant to unlock the code but the staff didn’t even know what the code was… not very professional, so I was charged a bit more at the end.

Was so bad and felt extremely disappointed. We went there and their management was horrible. It's was hot as they had not switched their ac on and were expectorant wait for 15 mins for it to be cool. We felt suffocated with the heat. After several request they shifted us. They didn't even give us lockers we had to pick and carry all our stuff from one place to the other. V unprofessional. There was no privacy maintained during jacuzzi since they had some visitors to come and look at their amenities. Atleast they should have taken permission and then allowed people come in. After the entire massage no tea, nothing was offered. Felt completely dehydrated. The massage was good in terms of the stroke but the whole spa experience was v unprofessional, poor management and unacceptable to simply allow people into the jacuzzi area. ????

Highly recommend their scrubs, wraps and facial treatments . Variety of massages to choose from. I personally liked the aroma therapy massage. High standard of hygiene maintained , which is so important these days. Excellent therapists.

Avoid going here since they turn off the air conditioning, making the room unbearably hot. Why would someone switch the AC off in Dubai. Despite the fact that you paid a high price for the AC, they are only trying to save money by turning it off.

Had a deep cleanse facial and it was fantastic. The spa and staff were really good and my skin is much much clearer. I'll definitely be going back!
