Very clean hotel. The equipments are new and convenient , staff all are good. Mr Khalid in reception is very kind and polite. House keeping services were perfect. Every day they totally clean room and Change bed cover which I was very happy about, I stayed a week there with my husband and we enjoyed a lot. It gave us a feel of home.
Next time we definitely decide to come City avenue hotel again. I recommend to all. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Breakfast was also good ????

City Avenue Hotel provided a decent stay with its convenient location and friendly staff. However, the washroom was noticeably small, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience for a short stay.

I would never suggest it to anyone. The bedsheets were dirty, and the space was terribly constrained. The restroom had a musty odor and was filthy.

The employees were unfriendly. They appeared disinterested in people and to not want to be there. I don’t blame them, as the hotel as a whole was gloomy and grey.

The carpet had hair on it since I entered the room, the bathroom's flush was half broken.

The hotel is in an average location.
I had a bad overall experience at this hotel and would not suggest it to anyone. Anyone thinking about staying here should look elsewhere for a better hotel experience.

Great place for the price stayed around 10 days. Worth the money easy access to shops and transportation. Cleanliness and service and much appreciable.

I have been living here from a month and Ashok has been taking care of the room everyday. Not only he does an exceptional job BUT he has been asking about my health and really knows how to do the job well. I really wish him luck and I guess the best part about this hotel is the room service offered by Ashok. I think I have not changed the hotel in a months time because the staff looks after their guests.

This was my business trip & I stayed in this hotel for two months. It's neat & clean hotel. Staffs are helping & disciplined. I would like to say few words for hotel staffs:-
Dev- performs his duties with perfection. He is obedient and faithful.
Lovlina- helping & supportive
Sudip- helping and supportive

Hotel management is good. Hotel rooms are of descent sizes. This hotel is great for value.

It’s a 3-star hotel for a reason and one of those is their walls that’s definitely not soundproof. You can hear even the airplane passing by from outside.

They are a non-smoking hotel but they have guests that smokes and it can be smelled right through the hallway. I had a hard time sleeping due to my allergies & the smoke smell triggered that.

Nevertheless, they have a clean room and well-arranged furnitures inside.

What you can also enjoy are the selection of foods and restaurants outside. There’s a lot to select from! Although mostly Indian, Pakistan, Afghan cuisines..

we are so very disappointed to the kind of service and treatment that we receive from the staff!!! They are very rude and disrespectful to us.. they dont have the right attitude in thier jobs ., they did not state that guest are not allowed on the especific time before we check in! I believe we have the right to know because we paid for this.. they trying to harrass us and they want to throw the visitor away! Such kind of rudeness is not acceptable in here… the worst part is they did not offer any solution to the problem.. i guess they dont want customers satisfaction at all… because we dont see any customer service in what happen tonight.!!!!
