Purchased a watch online and had excellent customer service experience overall. Received their product within 2 days upon fulfilment of payment. Product is definitely genuine and was the cheapest since I got it with almost 50% discount. I would definitely recommend this business and will surely comeback in the future.

city moments are one of the independent retailers selling watches all over uae.i really like there service and they have one unique brand D4 Watches are best for its price,i purchased a watch before 2 years and still now its working properly.
unlike someone said their service is not good,but they are the best according to my opinion reviewing the entire service beacause your experience is worst thing ever(i saw someones review above)
i would like to say they are the best and their service & pricing is less for same product comparing with amazone and noon(i checked it)

They charged me for a product. Three days later when I called them to ask what was going on because I hadn't recieved any information, they told me the product was out of stock. First and last time customer.

Usually, I am going to purchase with approved vendors or reputed e-commerce websites and check with the product is supported by e-commerce providers, but this time accidentally find the City Moments, and the City moments watch sale business was seen as good and trusted reviews at google, then I try to chat them about my watch inquiry, I really convinced, then placed the order with upfront payment, the watch received within two days what am ordered, but for the some technical reasons I request to change/ replace the watch, they accepted and sent with new another one for my request base.

Normally eCommerce sellers are never doing replace with immediately and once they return shipment received and after inspected then only they refund or replace anything but city moments are totally different way of treat their customer, for the beauty of the matter is one watch have already with me and second watch also sent by courier once I received my second watch received and the first watch handover to their courier partner. Some people here have written about lack of customer service but I don't really feel anything like that.

Good seller with an authentic product are less price when compared to others market players.

I don't think if there products is authentic. I bought G shock on their website and after how many days the analog is not working. I return back the item to fix the problem and they advise to wait 5 - 7 days. After 1 week I didn't get any news from them and I decide to call them to followup and as I expect my watch not yet fixed!!!
honestly the're service is very worst!!!!
I wish I can refund my money and I will not buy on this shop again!

What you mentioned in some of your feedback on the reviews from customers online is that your Customer Service has been rated as one of the best in the world in their ability to aid prospective customers in their shopping experience online.

I have been a fossil customer for more than 15 years and this is the first time I am ordering a FOSSIL FTW6035 watch through your online portal City Moments. My experience has been challenging with the CSR with whom I dealt OTP and I don't want to get into the details as that might cost him a lot and I don't want my experience to be the reason, however, I want you to help me to get what I desired to order and I get exactly what I want and close the case.

My concern is if the product is genuine why it doesn't support along with the Fossil warranty booklet that is normally available in the sealed Fossil package, however, the CSR with whom I had a long discussion today claims I wouldn't find it inside the sealed box after I purchase through your online order neither I will get a receipt from your guys while picking up the product at your City Moments store in Lulu near the stadium Metro station.

I have quite many other options to check if the fossil watch I am going to collect from your store is not a counterfeit however I don't want to be a recipient of collecting a watch and keep running around after-sales service activities.

My humble request to you and your team is to ensure the product that's going to be delivered at your retail store in Lulu near the stadium under my order name is a genuine "FOSSIL FTW6035 Gen 5 Julianna HR Rose Gold Steel Women’s Smartwatch" and I would like to validate the same before purchasing the same. Kindly assist me with that arrangement.
