This place deteriorated over the years. From a very nice place, thanks to horrible maintenance and iresponsable building management, the building became very bad. The pool hasn't worked for the last 3 years, jim became bad as half of the stuff is missing. Parking is teribly dirty. Management is also very bad as they charge a huge amount when you leave the place. I am so disappointed after years spent in CO1 and 2. Stay away from this place.

I am a new resident of City Oasis 2. My family and myself are completely happy with the amazing building facilities and staffs especially security (Mr. Haider), lifeguard and all maintenance support staff. Well maintained pool and gym area. Good ambience. Highly recommended for families with kids.

Building looks clean security and maintenance are trying to do their best but management are not professional at all if you have any issue like nosing neighborhood don't expect any responds for your emails and forget about your deposit even if you take care about the flat and you maintain it well don't expect to get 1 dirham from your money
