We had a very pleasant experience with City Tourism for our customised package to Georgia with family . Mr . Murali Manohar K was very helpful and responsive to all our querries . The tour was planned well as per our requirements and our tour guide Mr. Koba was a very nice gentleman . City tourism also made a special surprise arrangement for my daughter's birthday which is really appreciated Thank you .Overall we had a wonderful stay at Georgia.

We approached CityOne tourism to visit Kazakhstan during June 2023. Being an offbeat place, we had our apprehensions about the safety and convenience. Murali Manohar from CityOne has arranged it seamlessly. Also kudos to the tour operators Yelena and Aslan at Almaty in making our experience memorable!
Definitely recommended.

We had planned an international staycation with our families.
There were a few challenges - short notice, group ticket, budget etc. Just had a month for a group of 26 & then biggest was the pricing. To have maximum attendance, we needed it to be really pocket friendly.
Approached several travel agents, when everything else worked, price was out of our range. It was during a meeting that I discussed this with Hemali from Cityone. The enthu cutlet that she is, Hemali asked me to share our requirements, & budget. She came up with an itinerary right next day. It was really good. We wanted the hotel right in the city & Hemali again obliged with another option & a very small difference. Then we added the fries & the drinks and the dessert. She accommodated all our requests and customized the itinerary for us with a very nominal change in price (still within our budget) though I didn’t tell her that.
Only after everything was finalized did she connect me to her manager Preeti, another amazing lady. She handled everything like a piece of cake. Before we travelled there was a WhatsApp group formed with the UAE ops team, guide & driver at Baku.
The team at Baku were exceptional. Konul, Matin, Nigar, Zabeel & Agha. Very kind, understanding flexible & true professionals. Immediate response to any query or concern- not that we had many.
There were 4 toddlers with us and we needed to make adjustments in timings etc. Zabeel and Agha were really accommodating with the time, pit stops on the way and just about anything. Long story short each member of our group was impressed with the service.
Excellent hotels, transportation and perfect itinerary.

Because of the support from the Cityone team we were able to make the most of our time and create memories that will last a lifetime.
I would highly recommend Cityone to anyone looking to plan a trip to Baku or any other destination. After having travelled extensively, many of them with various travel agents, I can say that their service was among the top that I have personally experienced.

We took a tour package to Georgia for 4days from City One Tourism & Travel and the person who assisted Mr.Novie was done a wonderful job. For our each and every questions or doubts he cleared without any hesitation. We will use them again for our future destinations.
Also the Cab driver at Georgia Mr. Nick was so helpful to take us every day with proper guidance of each places and help us to take our photos - Videos regardless his driving job.

You guys are Amazing !

Thank you so much to City One Tourism & Travel though my request was of a short time however, you were able to accommodate my requirement. It was like an instant decision to have the family to travel to Georgia as we were all on a vacation.

Novie, made it all happened for us. From the start of the conversation and in just less than 24 hours everything was all set and paid for. Novie was very much attentive and was really listening to my request. Very professional, warm and vibrant to talk with.

January 3-6, 2023 we were in Georgia and the kids wish of visiting a different country was fulfilled. The vacation was a great experience from the churches that we visited, the places and the scenery and the history was overwhelming. And the best thing was the food was always fresh and delish. Our hotel was a great choice as it was walking distance to Meydan Square. The choice of transportation was more than comfortable.

Overall it was a pleasant experience with City One Tourism & Travel. Kudos to Novie, with great customer management skills. The changes in our itinerary was easy and simple for Novie, I didn't worry at all. Thank you so much Novie. See you in our next trip.

Great team providing exceptional service! They have managed multiple group bookings and made our lives easy! Highly recommend if you need a hassle free and fun filled holiday or even if its a work trip and need just your bookings done!
I have organized within city( Dubai) tours as well with great detailing and help from the team!

Had an extremely pleasant experience while planning for a customized tour of Georgia with them. A special mention goes to Mr. Nimit Joshi, who was very helpful and assisted us in every step. He was extremely accommodating, courteous, and always available for clarifying any doubts and answer to our requests at anytime of the day. The tour was well planned, greatly executed and every little aspect was well taken care of. Highly recommend them!!!!
