Most of my weekend i spent here.great customer service. especially the receptionist's, the way they welcome and treat the customers amazing.
Thanks and appreciate to Miss. Sneha. She always tried to fulfill the customer demand and fast service. No need to wait long time in the reception compared with neighbor hotels.
Have to improve general maintenance. Always have problems with electrical shockets and switches.
Overall as usual my choice for my weekend City palace ????

The location of the hotel is Amazing

Stayed there 3 times and must thank
The frontline staff - Jessy , Sneha and Shirleen for all their assistance and friendly services .
Always willing to help and that’s one of the reasons I choose to stay in this hotel .

Rooms are clean apart from a few minor issues .

Much thanks also to the kitchen staff for your wonderful food and good service .

Recommend this hotel for a budget friendly stay .

Place is amazing and staff is very helpfull … mostly indian based staff. they sounds agrrssive when talk but they are really friendly ???? rooms are spacious but water is natural hot. staff was very helpfull to make our stay better

Very impressed with the service and staff of this hotel. This hotel rooms have old furniture but don't judge according to this. For the reasonable price they charge for the rooms, the experience was far better. To keep the cost down they provide few thing son request like kettle, additional towel etc. Always ready to fix any issues.

Room is neat and clean. Service and support by staffs are ok. Location is easily accessible to reach the worthseeing places. Car parking can be Provided in room rent itself in lieu of paying extra. Rest are fine to stay this hotel with family.

The services are bad. They are not replying immediately to your concern. The amenities are not complete. The receptionist doesn't answer the call with courtesy. It will be the guest who will greet them first which is not supposed to be. They are just like at home answering normal calls

One the best hotels in bur dubai. The service is wonderful and the rooms are always clean. You can stay with family ???? . The staff is very professional and always serve you with a smile.
