Although claimed to be renovated recently this place lacks homeliness and care.
My bathroom Leaked for three days and was eventually repaired after 5 tries by housekeeping.
Staff does not seem to be synchronized with any philosophy of a four star hotel.
Would not recommend if you seek cleanliness or a caring management.
Breakfast was normal. Croissants and bread were not fresh. Looked like the breakfast setup was a formality.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean, and overall it was a joyful experience. I’m very grateful to the staff they treated me like family.

The location is close to the airport and just 5 minutes walking distance to deira city center. The customer service is amazing starting from luggage assist to cleaning the room. The receptionists Aye and Jonathan were so nice to my family and especially my newborn son. Love the stay. Thank you!

Very good and prime location next to the metro station and amazing and helpful management and staff. Especially Mr. Jawad who is indeed ver polite and very helpful

The front office guys were very helpful. This is the place that was my hub during my tour of Dubai City. It’s along Al-Muteena street and the metro stations is just next door. Very professional front office guys !

We came at Jan 2020 ???????????? very good hotel; clean rooms, good location and staff is friendly and helpful especially a very nice guy his name is Jonathan as I remember, he helped us a lot; thank you Jonah! ???????????????? I hope he read this
