Doesn't answer calls. I bought groceries from them there and asked them to deliver it to my home .Because the packages were heavy. I have been waiting for more than 1 hour. And it's time to cook dinner. ????but they not deliver my grocery i am waiting for more then 4 hours

This is one worst grocery store in Dubai and lived here for more than 25 years !!! Folks, avoid this store as much as you can !! Horrible customer service and FORGET if you have to return something. I tried to return a shower holder after 2 days as was defective. They were soon arrogant and flatly refused and took the old one even !! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Again avoid as many stores in the area much cheaper than better services

Clean and well organized supermarket.It is a newly opened supermarket.Prices are reasonable.Nice place for quick shopping grocery items.Staffs were very polite and smart.

When i ordered grocery they delivered even it was in offer. When second time i ordered they said can't deliver it because it was in offer. When i explained to the the guy that they delivered before also. He said he was new guy who delivered to you. How come that new guy delivered things and management didn't know about it. Now they are saying its management decision. I don't get this. I am not happy with this kind of services.

Am in the hotel very sick and I ordered Etisalat 55 Derham to talk with my doctor after one I didn't receive it I talk with them on whatsp they are very bd person they are not human they reply to me we can't not allowed I said am sick they didn't care no humanity they didn't accept to deliver for me can you imagine what kind of the people they are which type of costumes service they follow really they are very very bd people better they close. I went by myself to them and I asked about this issue one fate guy on the cashier start to shout to me I asked 55 balance he said to his colleague to don't sale to me I saw the manager he was very bd than them he shout to me as well and he said do whatever u want I'll not change the policy I sàd its case humanity he said I don't care they are very bd people they made me crying they don't know from the costume they take their salary they are veryyyyy bd ill complain as well to interest of the consumer, they don't have humanity

This place is quiet, calm and beautiful. Perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Scenic view all around and nice restaurant nearby to dine or just grab some buds.
