Overall experience was very good.
Pros:
- Spacious Rooms
- Great location with many nearby restaurants and supermarkets
- Baby Crib can be provided with no extra cost
- Dedicated parking for guests
- Reasonable prices if you book through online apps

Cons:
- Shower Curtain is shorter in length so water splashes out making the washroom floor dirty & slippery
- No "Do not Distrub" tags available to hang on the entrance door
- Room cleaning Service may come to you in the afternoon sleeping time

Worst hospitality
Gabriel and Glen both the receptionist seem like they dont want guests to feel welcome. They have these bizarre rules that they want us to follow and they didnot even try to help us out. No sorry is the only thing they know how to say.

We stayed for 4 nights. I wished I book only for 2nights. Location is good. Room was ok, kitchen was good you can cook which is great. But the bathroom is disappointing! Whenever you shower bathroom are flooded! And we saw cockroach in the room! To be fair with them both receptionists are very good and offer us to change the room but we decided not to change bcoz we have a lot of things to pack.

Had a pleasant stay. Only one suggestion, please use less floor cleaner liquid as the smell of the liquid was too strong. Other than that, it was a silent and wonderful experience.

Booked a studio apartment for 22 days and was generously upgraded to a one bedroom flat. It was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were bit outdated but it was nothing major compared to overall experience.

It was nice and the rooms are big and spacious. The basic drawback was the room service. People were very fussy with the water bottles and bathroom mats. Even after room service we needed to call the reception for bathroom mats and bathroom essentials.

The kitchen was really good with refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate. You can cook for small kids or can get groceries and cook for yourself as well.

The hotel is okay for the price.
But the staff, oh boy the staff.
First: for a room of 4 people they give you two towels, when you ask for two more they don’t have them and command you to wait overnight.
Second: the staff can’t be reasoned with under the excuse it’s company policy.
I even asked one of them the rethorical question: what if hotel policy was to beat ever person that comes trough the door with the stick? And they said, if it’s company policy we would have to do it.

Also, the TVs are as old as television itself, they don’t offer bedsheets (only the fitted one and a cover) and Parking smells like garbage.

Complete disaster.

Definately not coming again.

Economical and is worth what you pay for. No complaints. Would recommend. But don't expect fancy Dubai.. best for people on business trips or if you want to be down townish
