Room was huge and nice but there was an ac issue that needed maintenance to fix.

I guess it was busy during our stay because rception had been out of reach when we try to contact.

Not really their concern but twice we requested for an hour of late check out but was not allowed.

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Room clean but run down. Price was $--- approximately. Negative: Small pillows , mold in bathroom, toilet doesnÂ¿t flush, a/c making weird noise, no coffee at breakfast( they were out?), breakfast was mini muffins which were stale, yogurt, two bags of cereal thrown on the breakfast bar, milk, eggs , no late check out

we rented a room, the room was clean, spacious, but they gave us a smoky room and said it was only one available room when there were a lot of available rooms at the booking. all night I suffered from the terrible smell of a smoky room, even the ventilated window did not help. terrible guys at the reception.we booked a room from 13 to 14.

I would like to give a 5 STAR or more than a 5 STAR to the Hotel Manager name Irish, she is an Angel. I and my family stayed for almost 5 months in the hotel while our new own home is under process somewhere in DAMAC Hills. Paying a daily rent in the hotel is really a sacrificing expenses and Irish is so much helpful and considerate. She is a big asset for this company and she deserved for a reward. The hotel apartment is just a so so, cleanliness in the parking and the room was not so satisfying factor even we raised the issue. Thanks to all the staff they are all friendly

Reception had warm temperatures exhibiting ac issues.

Stayed there for 2 nights

Room attendants were very helpful

Do Not book with these guys. They are thief's. We had booked for 12 nights. The room was terrible. No lights, cockroaches all over, terrible smell. Nothing worked and it was filthy. We had to leave in one night. They have taken all our money and will not refund anything.
We were with kids and completely stranded.
They have stolen money from us for 12 nights.
STAY AWAY.
I am now contacting every local authority to get my money.
My holiday is ruined.
Stay away from Airbnb ????. We had booked through them. Absolute thief's of the first order !!!
Shame on all of you.

Found a few cockroaches. One tiny one in the bathroom and one larger one on the bed.
The gym, sauna and pool are decent and the location of the apartment is OK. Some staff are very helpful, respectful and courteous. Others not so much.
