If I had the option to put no stars I would. Building was great but City Tower itself is a nightmare. They’re quick to harass you for rent but do not answer calls or emails when it comes to your deposit. They keep your money, that’s also called something else in other places. Do not deal with them if you don’t have to. I’ve been chasing them for months and never got my money back. What’s worse, I stayed in the flat for 2 years, you’d think you’d get more respect out of them. Not only are they thieves, they make false reports to charge extra and then never clarify it even though you ask. On top of that, they are rude! Save your money, save your time and do not deal with these thieves.

Very ruled and not support full the customer, there is one guy his name Amarnath from renewal event don’t know how to talk.

Not recommended to deal with this agency….

Worst real estate company I have ever deal with them ,They make Fake estimated report so that, they can eat your security deposit. Don't expect it back & They will apply whatever they want. while vacating they are not sending procedure for vacating flat. don't expect any concessions.They will not returning the Security Deposit!They will Eat it!( I've been living in their building only 1 year) please do not spend your money with this CITY TOWER REAL ESTATE ! Terrible real estate! I don't recommend anyone dealing with them.

Worst service ever. Not even eligible for 1 star. Don’t expect security deposit back even though if there is no damage in the building. Also don’t expect any kind of maintenance services .

NEVER WORK WITH OR TRUST THIS COMPANY! They recently had a landlord steal AED13k from us for a property we never signed for or stayed in… and the company has done nothing to help! This was a 5% security deposit cheque which the landlord cashed and then claimed was a booking fee. These people are disgusting and they have morals to match. I’ve read the reviews here and they are all as shocking as my experience. Don’t take the risk - work with another company!

Worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. there staff have no manners how to deal with their clients if we have some issues they are not agreed to solve politely i suggest you to please do not deal with these kind of thief's. they just want their money not want to give the good services, Worst real estate company

Worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. Have lived in the Dotcom building for three years, where maintenance in the building was very bad. Wall tiles often fall off from the building walls, which creates a huge safety risk for people who are walking and the cars parked down below in the open.

Though its meant to be for families, its occupied by many bachelorettes, who are frequently visited by suspicious men (Customers). As they roam around corridors and use the building elevators, safety of young kids are a major concern. There is no procedure of registering visitors and most of the CCTV cameras are not working and covers only the elevator lobbies.

If you are thinking to get your deposit back without any deductions, please get ready to be disappointed. I had a hygiene issue in my flat, where it started getting infested with a green color fungus on the wall due to the poor ventilation in the bathroom. After few intense discussions with the City Tower Management, they painted it for me but later deducted it from my deposit.

Most annoying thing out of all is the attitude the City Tower has towards its customers. Customer service and professionalism does not exist in this company and you will hate your self for dealing with them, where humanity and ethics are instantly flushed down their drain as soon as the unit is sold/rented.

They gave me false commitment by offering me false prices and collected booking deposit. When I went to sign the contract I got to know these guy are scammers! I wish i could do a negative review.
NEVER TRUST THEM!!!!!!
