Modern low rise residential complex. Very generous layouts and balconies with some of the best quality finishes in Dubai. South facing units get plenty of sun. This building has a rooftop pool with sea views and Burj Khalifa views. Small gym but modern Technogym equipment.

I don’t suggest anyone living here. Worse living experience of my life. Low quality and cheap material was used to build this place. Everything is rustic, smell coming from neighbor and AC, they never fix anything. I wake up around 6-8 am because the ac has a bad smell. Horrible horrible horrible management team. I’ve had them “repair few things” and then realized they never repaired it and only taped it thinking I will not find out. Save your money.
