I have been visit city max a lot cause I love the service the hotel offers, but it does not come automatically it come with the people running the show there.. our special thanks to Mr. Sagar from front desk and Alex from brew house..

Citymax is one of the best hotels for your stay. Prime location at Business Bay. Service, hygiene, and hospitality are remarkable. The pool is great and the food is amazing.
Great breakfast menu by cheif executive Chef Mr. Podhu needs to be appreciated.
We got complimentary cake for daughter's birthday.
And you get all this with economical fare.
Due to all above reasons, we extended 1 day stay here and sure, we are returning back.
100% recommended !

The rooms were clean at all times and the staff were very friendly. The room was pretty good, it was big and the lighting was amazing!
Everything that one needs were provided, such as hair drier, complementary coffee and water, and even clean sheets and towels every single day.
The breakfast was good, the room service was fast, and even the maintenance was very detailed when i called them.
it's a great place to say!

Amazing service given by Mr.Monirul always whenever we visit this hotel..He is very helpful and very proactive in his work.

Mr.Surendra is also very helpful and always a call away for anything that we need here.

Good stay! The room is basic but clean and functional, staffs are helpful. Prawesh the cleaning staff is polite and helpful!

It's really easy to get to the center of Dubai City. All the food is really nice. I love it. The officers are quite friendly. I asked for extend 30min to pray dzuhur without charging. The bed for double size is quite small. But overall, it was great????
