Bad experience from lady on cash counter.
I bought 5 pairs of shoes. On reciept mentioned refund and exchange policy. After 2 days of buying she refused to refund for one pair of shoes.she even refused to give any voucher so later can be used.she only accept to exchange . I told about policy for refund written on reciept but she didnot accept. Other Workers in store are good.

I buy shoes the said good Quality and Leather shoes but only 3 days it’s Broken and I go there I lose May Receipt the not Except even the have all record and the not Listening I don’t no how can I return this shoes really bad Experience for this I need May money back please thanks

Worst shop to shop for shoes purchased on sale got spoiled the in three months

The cashier lady attitude is also not good

Over all bad customer service
I felt cheated
